Friday, September 15, 2023 | Starting this week Manatt’s is completing crack-filling work in the northwest quadrant of the county.  They are on F-17 currently and will go to S-62 next before coming back to work on S-52 and F-24. Weather permitting this work to continue into early October.

We have a road re-grade project in progress on E 84th St S, from S 28th Ave E to S 52nd Ave E. Should take two weeks or so depending on weather.

E. 132nd St S., between S. 48th Ave E. and S. 36th Ave E, will be under construction for road surface regrading and ditch cleaning. This project will take approximately two (2) weeks, weather dependent. The roadway will get its shoulders trimmed, ditches will be cleaned and reestablished and then the road will receive new rock. Residents who live on this road will be able to get in and out of their home, although may not be the "quickest" way to the pavement.

 We will be closing Hwy F-48 W, ½ mile west of the Colfax City Limits on Wednesday, May 3rd.  Herberger Construction has been contracted to remove and replace the bridge over Squaw Creek as well as realigning the intersection of W 116th St S and Hwy F-48 W. This project will last until early Fall. We will share a map with the official detour route on Wednesday.
